Navigator One Business Solutions has been providing business software to manufacturers, distributors, service providers, and retailers since 1994. Its solutions are based on SAP Business One technology. Navigator also provides its more than 300 SAP clients with implementation, training, and on-site project management. The company is headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah (US), with sales and service offices throughout the US and partners throughout the world.
SAP has designed SAP Business One, a business management
software application, specifically for small to medium businesses. Used by over
15,000 customers today, it manages business functions across sales, operations,
service, and financials, in an integrated software system.
Navigator One for SAP Business One extends the
production order capabilities of SAP Business One. Navigator One for SAP
Business One is targeted at companies looking to track the detailed costs and
production processes during the assembly or production. Production-oriented
organizations can mange their labor and material costs using touch screen and
bar code collection devices each step of the way on the shop floor. Production
One advanced planning and scheduling (APS) allows simultaneous scheduling of
machines, labor, and tooling. The add-on also features dynamic inventory
allocation and multi-level pegging for schedules.
Service One extends the service order capabilities of SAP Business One.
Service One is aimed at companies that need to perform field service or depot
repair. Service-oriented organizations can process service calls, schedule and
dispatch technicians, or provide an return material authorization (RMA) for
return of the product for repair. Project costing and project management are
available for more project-oriented organizations.
Distribution One extends the distribution capabilities of SAP Business One
for advanced forecasting and planning, and warehouse management. In one system
Distribution One delivers finance, sales, purchasing, customer, stock control,
and warehouse management functionality for wholesalers and distributors.
