CESAR (Recife Center for Advanced Studies and Systems), is a provider of information technology and communication solutions in the Brazilian market.
A private enterprise associated with the Center for Informatics (CIn) of the Federal University of Pernambuco, CESAR is composed of about 330 associates. Most of the firm's software engineers are internationally certified in Java as J2EE programmers, and J2EE web component developers, many are also certified for Oracle OCP, IBM connectivity with J2EE, IBM Object Oriented Analysis, and PMP (Project Management Professional).
