ABW Overview
ABW is an ERP solution designed for make-to-order and make-to-stock manufacturers and fabricators. It is a modular solution, with over forty-six distinct modules, including specific applications for repetitive, discrete, and continuous process operations. It also has full-featured accounting modules, including human resources, payroll, and fixed assets with capital expenditure tracking. ABW also has e-commerce and CRM extensible applications build on the .NET framework. Similar to ERP packages, ABW is a browser-based system which has an integrated manufacturing control system. It is written using Microsoft Active Pages and Remote Data Services in intranet architecture.
