Founded in 1983 as the Microsiga Software Company, TOTVS develops enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for the South American and Latin American markets, where the company has a 50.1 percent share of the small business ERP market and a 22 percent share of the midsized business ERP market.
TOTVS provides these markets with management and systems, as well as process, performance, and infrastructure solutions by means of its six business segments:

TOTVS was the first IT company in Latin America to go public, and today it has 5,000 employees and over 200 distribution channels. TEC architecture. It is independent of operational systems, databases, and interfaces. Developed to conquer a

easy to use, and customizable. Supported by TOTVS,
Microsiga Protheus has offices and clients in others countries. It is the flexible and
international software of TOTVS and the ERP solution is based entirely on
