Jeeves Information Systems AB is a Sweden-based independent software vendor (ISV) that develops ERP systems for small and medium-sized companies in the manufacturing, commercial and service sectors. Jeeves Information Systems AB collaborates with more than 70 partner locations in 15 countries, with partners being represented at 20 locations in Sweden alone. Jeeves´ solution for the midsized segment is Jeeves Universal—an ERP system
offering a flexible solution, unique possibilities for adaptation—all to an unbeatable low
total cost of ownership. Jeeves Universal is a Windows based ERP system
(Jeeves is a Microsoft Certified Partner), that are open for web applications
and e-commerce. The software contains a range of routines, from accounting,
logistics, service, time, and projects, to customer relationship management
(CRM) and supply chain management (SCM). Jeeves' customizable user
interface contains a macro language that is used for customer adaptations so
that adaptations are preserved upon updates to later versions.
